Dead Animal Removal

Dead Animal Removal Service:

It’s common for Baker Wildlife to receive calls from homeowners and businesses concerned that they may have a dead animal problem experiencing an unpleasant odor throughout their home, office, or vicinity of their property.

When wildlife animals inhabit or have made their way into a home or building, they often end up inside the attic, wall, or crawlspace. Other areas of access outside the home include under decks, porches, and sheds. An animal that dies in these locations will begin to decompose and be the source of the disturbing odor.  Without removing the carcass the horrific smell cannot be eliminated. Dead animal carcasses can also be an attractant, drawing in other animals and insects such as beetles, flies, and maggots.

For the home owner, finding and extracting a dead animal is no easy task. Most prefer to seek professional assistance in this situation.  Baker Wildlife Control is trained in safely locating and removing dead animals, and provide deodorizing services to help eliminate residual odors. In a case where an animal has caused damage, we can also take care of any necessary corrective repairs and return your home to its original condition.

Removing dead animals can sometimes require access extremely difficult areas.  Once the dead animal has been removed the area should be sanitized and cleaned. Any necessary exclusion, damage repair, and other preventative measures should take place to eliminate animal entry points so that the issue does not reoccur.

Calls we frequently receive for dead animals include: dead animal smell in home, dead squirrel in attic, dead mouse or rat in wall, dead skunk under my home, dead animal in chimney, dead raccoon in attic, dead deer in my yard, dead animal in crawlspace.
